How do we get electricity?

Goal of this lesson: Identify forms of electricity and their uses

I. Vocabulary: (Online Quiz) 

1. Current Electricity電流 – a kind of energy that moves along a path. It can be changed into heat, light or sound energy. It can make things move. It comes from batteries or wall outlets.

2. Circuit 電路- the name of the path that electricity moves on

3. Outlet電源插座

4. Power plants發電站- buildings that change other kind of energy into electricity and supplies this to our buildings through outlets; power station

5. Wire電線；導線- metal thread used for carrying electric current.
